Continuous Education and Awareness
Girteka Group’s administrative staff receives continuous education on safety, including on the proper use of tools and equipment, and instructions on how to behave in case of fire, building system malfunction, etc. These training programs are mandatory, provided during the onboarding stage and repeated periodically to keep our employees up to date.
Our in-house Drivers’ Academy offers extensive safety training programs, providing our drivers with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform safe and efficient deliveries.
