Martynas Sarapinas has broad experience in technology and transformation, having held leading positions in finance & technology companies. In 2019, he was appointed as the Chief Information Officer and as of the end of 2023, he has taken on the role of Chief Transformation Officer at Girteka Group. 

Martynas’ responsibilities cover all aspects of organizational digital transformation, including technology & IT functions, strategy execution initiatives, and operational excellence. 

Martynas previously held positions as the First Vice President at Danske Bank, MobilePay, as well as strategic transformational roles at Barclays Bank PLC.  

He has a master’s degree in finance & business management and completed several executive studies at the Oxford Saïd Business School and the Kellogg School of Management.
