Mindaugas Paulauskas joined Girteka Group in 2008 as a transport manager and grew together with the company.  

He previously served as the Head of the Transport Process division, the Head of the Transport Development division, responsible for transport management, fleet maintenance, and truck drivers’ performance, and later – as the Chief Transport Officer.  

In 2021, Mindaugas was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Girteka Transport. 

Prior to joining the Group, Mindaugas worked as an engineer in a nuclear power plant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Kaunas University of Technology.
