Nikolay Pargov will be stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Girteka Group, starting September 2, 2024.  

He brings over 20 years of experience in logistics and a proven track record of operational excellence.  

Prior to joining the Group, Nikolay worked for companies such as DHL, C.H. Robinson Europe, and Transporeon.  

His leadership, hands-on approach and strategic mindset have been key to his professional success and will be instrumental in elevating Girteka Group’s operational capabilities. 

Nikolay received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria, and a master’s degree in management from the Durham University, UK.
