Safety & Quality Assessment System (SQAS) Attestation

The SQAS attestation confirms that companies within the Girteka Group have been assessed by an external party, ensuring that our services adhere to all standards set out by the SQAS Transport Service Questionnaire and Guidelines. This includes both “Core” and “Transport Service Specific” elements, validating our commitment to safety and highest quality across all our operations.  

SQAS is a detailed assessment that each company, working with chemical substances and the transportation of such substances, can be evaluated accordingly. 

International Featured Standards (IFS)

The IFS certification verifies that Girteka Group adheres to the highest standards for quality, safety, and operational criteria. This certification ensures that our services comply with customer specifications and regulations, covering all companies within the Group. We regularly audit our processes to maintain compliance and meet the evolving needs of our clients. SQAS is a detailed assessment that each company, working with chemical substances and the transportation of such substances, can be evaluated accordingly. 

Transport Asset Protection Association (TAPA) TSR Level 1

The TAPA TSR 1 (Trucking Security Requirements) certification represents the highest standard in secure trucking, ensuring robust protection for high-value cargo through stringent security measures. These include hard-sided vehicles, TAPA-compliant padlocks, alarms, GPS panic alarms, geofencing, comprehensive background checks for personnel, meticulous route planning, and the use of secure parking locations. This certification underscores our commitment to the utmost security in logistics operations.

The Good Distribution Practice (GDP)

The Good Distribution Practice (GDP) certification ensures the quality and integrity of medicinal products throughout the supply chain, from manufacturing to delivery to the end-user. It mandates rigorous standards for storage, transportation, and handling to maintain the efficacy and safety of medicines. Compliance with GDP involves implementing a robust quality management system, ensuring proper training for personnel, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to stringent security and temperature control measures.
