We strive to maintain a transparent and ethical work environment, where the values of openness and accountability are respected by all employees. To ensure this is true, we provide a safe and confidential space for sharing concerns or identifying violations. We have implemented an external process to facilitate an anonymous and compliant system for reporting any possible violations for both our colleagues and any external stakeholders.
Speak Up for Integrity
Integrity is our cornerstone. There are more than 15,000 colleagues within our organization, and we value every individual employee’s opinion. Every year we gather their insights through our Speak Up survey. Our aim is to improve working conditions of our employees based on the feedback received. Our internal process ensures survey participants’ confidentiality and addresses concerns with fairness and diligence.

Our whistleblower system is open to all employees, partners, and stakeholders who want to report any type of misconduct that happened in the past, present, or you believe will happen in the near future. Whistleblowers are protected by law, and we want to assure all that reporting violations via our whistleblower system is completely confidential.
