Located in Lithuania, Girteka Competence Center serves as a hub for strategic planning, internal operations, and communication, supporting the Group’s core administrative areas and maintaining the stability and integrity of our organization.
What We Do
Within the Girteka Group, the GCC encompasses a wide array of crucial functions. The Finance Department manages accounting, processing travel documents, and registering primary accounting documents. The Legal Department ensures compliance with legal standards and manages corporate legal matters.
The IT Department, aside of overseeing IT operations, also handles SAP implementation, business intelligence, and software development. The People and Culture Department manages talent acquisition, employee relations, and training programs.
Marketing develops marketing strategies and manages brand communications, while the Communications Department oversees internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.

GCC offers remote employment opportunities from Vilnius and Kaunas, as well as new, modern offices, adapted to facilitate the best working conditions. Girteka Group’s headquarters in Vilnius are a central hub for Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Communications Departments. Meanwhile, Kaunas remains a key location for our People and Culture as well as IT teams.
