Girteka Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jagoda Palider as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), bringing her extensive experience to strengthen the company’s people strategy. With over 25 years of experience in human resources across multiple industries, Palider brings a wealth of expertise in talent management, organizational transformation, and leadership development.

Jagoda has held senior HR positions in industrial gases, retail, construction, FMCG, and the automotive industry. Most recently, she worked at Inchcape, an automotive distributor, overseeing HR function across Europe and Africa, where she played a key role in business and cultural transformation for growth underpinning the accelerate strategy in the region. Jagoda’s career has been defined by her ability to drive organizational change, enhance employee engagement, and implement innovative HR strategies.

As CPO, Jagoda will be responsible for shaping and executing Girteka’s people strategy, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and fostering a high-performance culture. She will lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring that Girteka continues to be a dynamic and inclusive workplace that supports both business growth and employee
