Girteka, the largest asset-based logistics company in Europe, is continuing its organizational changes to provide exceptional services across the continent. To support this direction, starting January the 2nd, 2024, Mark Mulder joined the company as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This strategic move marks another milestone in Girteka’s journey towards becoming a truly internationally recognized, customer-centric, and digitally innovative logistics provider.
Mark brings to Girteka a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the transportation and logistics sector. His appointment as the new CCO is a clear reflection of Girteka’s commitment to driving sustainable growth, achieving commercial excellence, and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative solutions. Mark will join a newly established team of merged businesses from Girteka Nordic and Girteka Europe West.

Mulder’s career is marked by significant achievements – he has held leadership roles in P&O Ferrymasters, Hoyer Multimodal, and other logistics companies, where he demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His international experience is complemented by his proficiency in multiple languages, including Dutch, English, and German, as well as his educational background in Maritime Business Administration.
Mark will be leading a new team formed as part of Girteka’s recent organizational changes. This team will oversee the combined operations of Girteka Nordics and Girteka Europe West. Mark’s role will focus on ensuring that our logistics solutions effectively meet our current and potential customers’ needs. This merger is a direct result of Girteka’s latest strategic direction, aiming to streamline its services and enhance the efficiency and flexibility of the company’s logistics solutions across Europe.
